We are extremely pleased and grateful for her the attention to the market and her experience in this area in helping us find the perfect home in this amazing country setting. Tracie went beyond the expectations of a realtor as she helped us navigate time constraints and personal medical needs. Her care and understanding extended to the most awesome assistance with our pets, Deets and Harper. You will not find a more honest, knowledgeable and competent realtor who has a heart of gold!

From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

Regarding the sale of my home at 219 Shady Dr. Columbia Tennessee my realtor Heidi Monty was completely professional on time and very communicative. She was a joy to work with and made this experience. The best that I have had on the sale of property, this would’ve been the six closing that we have attended during the course of our history with home selling and buying very happy. Excellent service would recommend Heidi as the best realtor I have ever dealt with.

Our experience was wonderful with Cathy. She was very knowledgeable about the market and very hands on with selling our house. We will definitely be using her in the future and would recommend all to use here.

We came in like a hurricane…! We had days to find a home and no idea where to start, but Ali Eastburn reassured us and kept us on track. She worked around our schedule and found us our dream home in the next chapter of our lives. Thanks to her we found a home in Franklin, TN that just is perfect for us. Thank you, Ali
