From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

Our experience was wonderful with Cathy. She was very knowledgeable about the market and very hands on with selling our house. We will definitely be using her in the future and would recommend all to use here.

We found Melissa when we were listing our home to sell. Melissa was an absolute joy and blessing to work with and nothing short of AMAZING! From the very beginning she had everything under control and was just always so thorough and professional. Melissa then assisted us in the immediate purchase of another home, and by the end of the whole process over the course of a few months we made a new friend. Melissa is the best out there and when or if the time comes she has our business no question. 10/10 without a doubt.

We came in like a hurricane…! We had days to find a home and no idea where to start, but Ali Eastburn reassured us and kept us on track. She worked around our schedule and found us our dream home in the next chapter of our lives. Thanks to her we found a home in Franklin, TN that just is perfect for us. Thank you, Ali
