If you're looking for a real estate agent who goes above and beyond, look no further than Qui! My recent home-buying experience was nothing short of exceptional, all thanks to Qui's dedication and expertise. I had a very specific vision for my dream home which I'm sure felt like a tall order, but Qui took on the challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism. Throughout the entire process, Qui was an absolute rockstar. She diligently curated listings that perfectly aligned with my criteria, saving me countless hours of fruitless searching. She didn't just show me houses; she truly listened to my needs and preferences, offering insightful advice and guidance every step of the way. When it came time to negotiate, Qui was a fierce advocate on my behalf, skillfully representing my interests and securing the best possible deal. She even held the seller accountable for all the finishing touches, ensuring they were completed on time and to my satisfaction. But Qui's support didn't end at closing. She followed up diligently after I moved in, checking to make sure everything was perfect and addressing any concerns that arose. She even liaised with the seller and builder on my behalf, ensuring any outstanding issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. It was clear that Qui genuinely cared about my happiness and satisfaction, treating my purchase as if it were her own. What truly sets Qui apart is her commitment to providing personalized, expert advice. She was always available to answer my questions, offer her insights, and guide me through the complexities of the real estate market. Her promptness, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire process so much smoother and less stressful. I felt completely confident and supported throughout the entire journey. I can't recommend Qui highly enough. She's not just a real estate agent; she's a trusted advisor, a skilled negotiator, and a true partner in the home-buying process.

We love Dan! He was very helpful, attentive, and flexible. He was always upfront with inconveniences. He was willing to explain how things work in a way that felt real, like an insider perspective. He has a great sense of humor, and he was great host for our Open Houses. Will definitely use him again!
