Upon our initial discussion with Ashley, she displayed an aptitude regarding the Clarksville real estate market that made us immediately comfortable with our decision to sell, and hire her as our agent. From using a comparative analysis to best determine our optimum selling point, to highlighting the expectations we should have once the "For Sale" sign is placed in the yard...Ashley's guidance and comments seemed prescient in retrospect as we quickly received, negotiated and closed on an offer that was in line with the selling price that she recommended, which was actually higher than the price point I would have settled on. We were so pleased with her professionalism and expertise that we immediately rehired her to serve as our buyer's agent for the purchase of what will be our forever home. Although I'm going to say it...I will use the proverbial, "It goes without saying," catchphrase in describing our complete satisfaction with the service rendered by Ashley! Lastly, when she does hand us the keys to the home on the land that we have already closed on due to her dedicated commitment to our quest, we will gladly give her a thankful hug and offer her a lifetime spot on our patio where we'll share a wine glass that will always remain full. Bottom line...if you're in the market to sell or buy a home in the Clarksville/Middle-TN area, I can state without equivocation that you can't go wrong in selecting Ashley Upton as the go-to agent in helping you to realize your dreams!
