We met Lesa Capps at an open house and really liked her warm and eager personality. My husband was already working at his new job in TN while I was in OH selling our home. She helped us negotiate the price to an amount more to our liking. We would text and call her at all hours to get this done and she was always on point. She made sure all the inspectors and estimators had access to the home. After our closing, she had left a heartfelt handwritten note along with a personalized gift and welcome basket in our new home.
