My husband and I recently had the luck of working with Amber to purchase a home. We live across the country and we’re purchasing a rental, so we presented her with a challenging situation. Not only did she line up two days of back to back showings so I could get a sense of different cities, neighborhoods, and price points, she also gave us rent estimates and repair estimates. She is a boss. When it game time to make an offer, we were under a tight timeline. She helped us zero in on the neighborhood and find a home. From there she negotiated unbelievably well and we are beyond thrilled with the result. I can’t believe we were lucky enough to work with her and we can’t wait to work with her and her team again. A truly seamless process that exceeded my expectations in every way.
