She was informed about the market, did not push me in any one direction, and patiently and in good spirits followed my meandering search for the right property. She was always ready to look at one more property. She is very familiar and knowledgeable regarding the paperwork associated with real estate transactions, advises on clauses, conditions, timelines. Recently she was my selling agent for my house in Easton MD. She represented my property effectively in discussions among and with other real estate agents. She was effective in interacting with inspection and appraisal professionals. Although she covers a fairly large geographic area on the midshore, she managed to be always present when necessary. Petra is resourceful in bringing other skills to the table as necessary. Last but not least she is friendly, pleasant, and works hard.

We met with and were shown homes buy multiple agents. All of which were trying to "push" us into homes out of our price range and that didn't have what we were looking for. Petra actually listened. She found us EXACTLY what we wanted and was instrumental in us acquiring our home for the right price. What was also nice is the fact that these guys are an independent firm.
