Selling the house at 2214 LiveOak Circle

Selling the house at 2214 LiveOak Circle was not easy for me emotionally because it was my parents home. I decided to list the home with a realtor in hopes for a quick sale. I called Susan Shaffer at Preferred Real Estate in Duncan, Ok. Susan met with me to explain the process. She posted many pictures of the home that presented it well. It was listed on a Monday & had a contract on it Friday with several offers in between that time. I was very pleased with this sale.
