I genuinely cannot rave enough about how fantastic it has been working with Amy and Brian. As first-time home buyers, facing such an important choice is pretty daunting, especially when you know nothing about the process. Not only did Amy and Brian make sure to explain everything in an easy-to-understand way in entirety, but they also made sure we were educated enough to make confident decisions. They made sure we were in the driver's seat for all of the choices – such as what houses to see, what houses to bid on, and what type of bid we wanted to put in, but one thing we loved was their honesty in every aspect. It was clear that we were cared for not just as clients, but as people. They were very detail-oriented when we toured houses and were not afraid of telling us when something might be an issue long-term, that there were red flags, or simply that we could do so much better (& to not get discouraged). I really felt that they were as emotionally invested in finding our first home as we were! After our offer was accepted, they also made sure to walk us through what to do after. Closing was a breeze and we walked out feeling confident and excited! Even after closing, they still get in touch to see how it is going! Buying our first home has been a whirlwind of a process, but we couldn’t have done it with anyone else but Amy and Brian! We can’t thank them enough.
