5 years prior I was referred to Betty by a friend from work and finally decided to take the plunge to buy a home this year (2025). Betty is knowledgeable and points out aspects of the house that are red flags and green flags: this is extremely helpful to determine whether you should put an offer on a house, especially if you have no idea what to look for when looking at a home. Betty also has interior design qualifications which is a double plus: became helpful when I was looking at homes that I was thinking about fixing up. Due to the knowledge of pricing, certain types of materials, etc. I believe this actually saved me money. You can ask her anything and if she doesn't know, she knows someone who does and will get you an answer. Due to being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions/concerns in regards to paperwork/timelines/all the flags in the homes and she had answers for all the questions.
