She described her marketing and staging plans, and told us in detail what we would need to do to get the property ready to show. After the first day we had four offers, all above asking price. I did not know what to say, except wow! She met with us to evaluate the offers, and advised us which one she thought had the best chance to close. We took her expert advice and the closing went smoothly. Would we use her professional services again, absolutely!
