She was available all hours of the day, morning or night, and was amazing to work with! She always had the answers/info we were looking for, and if she didn't she made it her job to find out, and QUICK! She even went out of her way to personally fax information to my children's school that were needed so their enrollment was not held up waiting on paperwork.
