Buying a house can be very stressful. I've been through it several times before, and to be honest, I wasn't looking forward to the process. I recently moved across the country for work, and up until my now, I have always worked with a very good friend who happened to be a realtor when buying and selling homes. Since I had moved, I didn't have that option, and I was nervous. Thankfully, I met Andrea Staples! From the very first moment, Andrea was committed to making my experience a positive one, saying that she wanted me to love the house I ended up with. During the search, she was always available to answer any questions, and she went above and beyond to ensure I saw every home in which was interested. She was always prepared, and I never felt that she had anything but my best interests in mind. Once I found THE house, Andrea was with me the entire way, making sure that I got the best deal I could and felt good about the purchase. She set everything up and always called to check-in to see if I needed anything. She was, in a word, incredible. This has been one of the smoothest home purchases I have ever experienced, and a lot of that had to do with Andrea. I can't recommend her enough.

She looks and examines all the different angles of a situation and advises but leaves the ultimate decision to the client. Considering how many balls are in the air at one time while selling or buying a house, Kathleen is highly organized, calm and very smart! She's also a true, honest and competent negotiator! Kathleen goes the extra mile for her clients and doubles down on every detail. My husband and I moved out west from the east coast. She even advised with us about moving 3000 miles away. Susan is AMAZING. We have used her as an agent for our first home in 2009, which she dedicated so much time to help find us that perfect one, and now we are using her again for our second home and once again, has proved to us this is more then a business transaction to her.
