She was very informative, and gave me a summery of what needed to be done to make the house saleable. We made a tour of the property, and shook hands on my choosing her as my Realtor. I was kept informed of the progress being made, and the necessary documents that needed to be completed. She was very professional, as well as knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
