511 real estate offices in North Myrtle Beach

Everything went smooth as promised. Thank you.

This was our second time using Bill and Carol as our real estate agents. They helped us find our dream condo in North Myrtle Beach several years ago. Then, recently, they helped us sell that some condo. Their experience and expertise were invaluable. They walked us through each step of the process, answering our many questions and providing updates all along the way. They’re always super easy to reach, being very responsive to texts and phone calls. We highly recommend their services and would absolutely use them again.

Bill and Carol did an outstanding job helping us buy our first condo in North Myrtle Beach. They navigated us through the process start to finish. Bill and Carol went over and above with proactive communications and made themselves available to us for questions and guidance at all times. They were instrumental in facilitating some last min repairs that needed to be completed prior to the end of due diligence. Lastly, they were proactive in reaching out to the HOA for needed information and made the process feel turn key. I would highly recommend.
