My wife & I were looking for a home for our retirement. Since we vacationed in Myrtle Beach frequently that would be our ideal location. He kept us up to date with the sale's progress. After settlement he kept us informed of the status & when the house would be registered with the court. I highly recommend Kevin & would use him & recommend him to others as my first choice. With his assistance in every step prior & after the sale I consider him a true friend.
