Lance was recommended to me by a family member who had previously worked with him. It had been over 20 years since I bought a home and had never bought a home on my own. He was very patient, explained things to me and I felt totally confident in my sell and purchase. The house sold in record time and I was able to find a condo that I am enjoying greatly today. Overall it was great working with Lance and would recommend him to anyone selling, or buying,, a home.

We really enjoyed working with Cricket, and highly recommend her. She was helpful, responsive, and a calming force for us throughout our house-hunting process. She knows her stuff, and we're glad we had her on our side in a fast-moving market.
