Selling our home with a tenant in it had its challenges, and we wanted to respect his privacy. But Taylor skillfully coordinated 2 very brief showings so as to not disturb the tenant and in 2 days, we accepted an offer for $5k more than asking price. Taylor works smart and is trustworthy .
