When it comes to selling and buying with Bob Smith I don't have enough good words to use about him. He had double duty with me as his client. He agreed to sell my home in Rock Hill and the work with me as a buyer for the new house. He and his partner first came into the house I was selling and did some updates to make it more saleable. There maybe was more than I thought I was going to have to do, but the changes did allow the house to sell at the price I was asking. I had 5 showings and 4 offers withing just a few days.
