My realtor, Shantae Williams, is the absolute best! She went above and beyond any expectations I had as a first-time buyer! I am not the easiest client, but she did everything she could to get us what we wanted and needed in a home. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs! She uses all the knowledge and resources she has at her disposal to get you into a home and ensure you are fully satisfied! She will provide you with quality recommendations for various professionals you may need before, after, and during the home buying process! I love this girl, and I’m glad to also call her my friend, not just a realtor!

David was great to work with. He is very professional and got the job done quickly! He has excellent communication skills and kept us informed with every step. I highly recommend him to sell your home or property!

Had recently very good experience buying a property with Egesta. She knows the market, provided us all the information we needed and took care of all details during the closing process. Very smooth transition.

Dena was incredibly helpful and SO patient while we spent hours trying to decide which house would be ours. She never rushed us, gave us space when needed and valuable input when required. We appreciate all the effort she put into assisting us. She joined us at our closing and made arrangements for our Charleston contact to join us as well. I cannot recommend her enough!
