I am writing to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional job Carol did in completing and selling our property in Bluffton. From our first contact to the end of the project, she demonstrated professionalism, market knowledge, and a genuine care for our goals, including much good humor. The photo's of the house she arranged were first class. We were especially impressed by her guidance throughout the entire process, including preparing the home, a listing strategy and all attendant negotiations, etc. Her communication was timely and clear, and she consistently helped us feel confident at each step. Thanks to her expertise and hard work, we achieved a successful sale and a result we are truly happy with. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel organized, smooth, and well-managed. We would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.
