I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. He truly advocates for us as buyers, calling the sellers agent with any concerns, coordinating with the insurance agents and builders, among more. I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible.
