She made sure I was aware of potential disasters... like an old leak that was never repaired, uneven flooring that could signify a much bigger problem, roof lines that were not quite right, etc. To this day, over a year later, she has continued to be my ally. When I need a recommendation about a repair or service, she never hesitates to get back to me with a stellar suggestion. If I just have a random question, she is superfast to respond. I really could not be more grateful that she was the one selected for my first-time home-buying experience.
