He had an awesome pricing strategy for my house which ended up getting a contract quickly for over asking price, and he was there every step of the way to answer and talk me through any question or problem that arose. When it came time to buy my next home, he was able to shift his schedule around for me. He also took the ideas my wife and I had for our new house and was able to point us in a direction that we hadn't considered before, which ultimately ended up being the perfect match for us.
