Kelly did an awesome job from the first walk thru of our house to the pictures to advising us on what we needed to repair or change versus leave as is when we were listing our home of 23 years. She saved us a ton of money by advising against some unnecessary changes we had planned before listing. Not only that but we got above asking price for our home in less than a week. Friendship after the sale has been an added bonus.
