Purchasing a new residence & moving is always stressful, but more so when it is a long-distance/out-of-state event. We were very blessed to find Regina; she found many properties for us to review, helped with all aspects of the transition, and remains in contact months after her "job" was finished. She is much more than is normally expected (based on past people in the field). We consider her more than an R.E. agent---she is indeed a friend!

Adam, Kyle, and Ryan were amazing to work with from start to finish. Adam's insight and knowledge of the market put my mind at ease when viewing properties together for my next investment. In fact, I didn't even see the property I closed on in person until the final walkthrough. I trusted Adam's advice after he toured the property for me. After the offer was accepted, Kyle and Ryan handled the rest for me and made sure the sellers and attorney's were on top of everything and kept me in the loop on what was needed. Whether you're looking for a personal property or you're an experienced investor, this is your team.

It was a pleasure working with Tracy. She had a full understanding of the needs of the buyer and the the builder.
