Tracey is an incredibly knowledgeable realtor. I had an ongoing comparison of her skills as I was selling a house in another city with a realtor there and buying in Greenville with Tracey. The service and attention was like night and day. Tracey was attentive, responsive and actually anticipated issues I had not thought of. I would highly recommend her. Moreover she is always cheerful, positive and punctual!

The process took over one year and throughout the setbacks, she kept us in good spirits all the way to closing we appreciate the diligent approach to getting us through this life-changing time in our lives Go, Ms. Sylvia!!!
