Her insight was really appreciated in helping me make a decision. She also does really well at establishing a personal relationship with you and actively listening to your wants and needs in searching for a home.

Erin is such a fun and kind person, searching for houses was so fun we missed doing it after we found 'the one'!! She was always professional and helped us stick to the areas we wanted and the type of house that would fit our needs. She was quick to act as the market was so competitive, the only way to get our home was to be the first ones and to act agressively.

Trying to sell a home with no actual knowledge of what you (as a homeowner) is doing and during a global pandemic is enough to scare any realtor away! Not Erin! She helped keep us calm, and informed during the entire process. Erin was extremely honest and went above and beyond on multiple occasions. We really couldn’t have had a better realtor!
