We first met John when relocating from Massachusetts to Greenville, SC. Not only did John take the time to introduce us to the different areas around Greenville and explain the differences, but took the time to narrow down the best area for us then making sure I had everything on my 'must' have list to find our new home. John's extensive knowledge of the area and market made it easy for us to contact him again 4 years later when it was time for us to sell our home and we are happy we did! Tim did a wonderful job helping us find a house. We'd send him what we found on line and he'd set up the appointment and send us the disclosure before we saw it. He was timely and would point out all the concerns he saw with the property that we might not notice. This was really helpful since we came from a desert climate and wouldn't know all the concerns with living in a subtropical one here. He took us to many many homes until we could finally settle on a good one. He was patient and communicated well especially in discussing what is involved with different purchase processes.
