Last four houses that I have sold had all been FSBO as discussions with agents only seemed indicate that they relid on listing in MLS but very little else. None f the agents stood out. If it required extra work Christina handled it. If there was no one to do it Christina did it. Her expertise regarding the value of the different items/issues was invaluable. If there was a possibility to give more than 5 stars I would. Having Christina on your team gives you a huge advantage for a successful transaction.
