Needed pretty specific requirements including a fast closing date and using Hannah’s website along with her advice and recommendations bought a house much better than my initial expectations within my budget and in an area I wanted. Closing was achieved within about a month of the offer being sent as well. Hannah’s communication was good and clear, she didn’t overburden me with information, instead sending me only information of value to me. She got me a good deal and negotiated the contract well ensuring a smooth process throughout.
