Just amazing service. Erica negotiated a great price. Pushed the escrow through on time during the holidays. Wow, even got me motivated in the process. You may have heard it before. If you want something done, give to a busy person. That would be Erica!

Erica was able to sell my house in less than a week. She was always there to answer my questions. Her marketing allowed me to sell my house at asking. She even helped me with last minute repairs and moving. She also assisted in helping me sell my furniture I no longer needed and provided me with moving boxes. I can’t thank her enough.
