Telecia answered every question we had. We met her when she showed us another property for a different agent we had. Needless to say it didn’t work out and when we decided to start looking again she was the first person my husband and I thought of to call. She was just who we needed! She was knowledgeable in every aspect and responded quickly to everything we needed. She went above and beyond and even showed up at closing to make sure everything was correct and went smoothly. She is such a great asset to the housing market and real estate industry. Not to mention she became a friend of ours. Can’t wait to get out to our new property and have her over. There were several pieces of land, she assisted us with. This was the last parcel. There were issues with the buyer in regard to the perking of the property. She kept us updated in a courteous and professional manner. She was very professional in dealing with the different personalities and issues with family.
