The sale of our house was the 3rd transaction our family has used Laurie for. When we called Laurie to list our house she immediately responded and came over to help get the house ready. We had a very quick timeline, and Laurie did everything in her power to get the house on the market quickly. During the sale, Laurie did a great job communicating with the buyer agents. For every showing she was also very clear communicating when people were coming and gave us their feedback immediately. Our transaction had some speed bumps along the way. We had a number of unexpected items pop up after going under contract. Laurie helped us navigate these issues, and her professionalism helped us avoid any delays and close on time. We are so happy to have completed another transaction with Laurie, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Charleston area!

Very professional and helpful in any ways, very organized!!

We were in the process of moving to the area for a new job. Laurie Young provided us with options in specific areas that we may not have considered based on our lack of local knowledge of the communities. She was always available to answer all of our questions in a very timely manner. We were pushed to find a home quickly and her responsiveness helped us find the property that matched the majority of our requirements. She gave expert advise in securing the house and area that we are very pleased to call home. Her negotiation skills also provided us with a price that was lower than the appraisal. Equity before we even moved in. Her expert guidance in the process was easy, professional and worked favorably for us a a buyer. I would highly recommend Laurie Young as the real estate professional of our choice.
