He connected us with the proper surveyors, engineers and local agencies to secure all information and permits needed to make us confident in our purchase. Chris did a lot of the leg work for us in applying for permits and certificates. He clearly has extensive knowledge and experience in his field. Once we found "the one", Brian helped us through the rest of the process as well, working well alongside our sales consultant through the construction period-helping us understanding the contract, sending construction progress photos, and ensuring that issues that developed were resolved as soon as possible, even for things completely out of his control.
