I have met and spoken with many real estate agents over the years, and my initial gut instinct about Ashley Macgrath turned out to be one on our best decisions to date. Ashley is a highly knowledgable about the market and is also a very nice person that puts her heart into her work. She impressed me throughout the process with stay on top of all detail, demonstrating incredible work ethic with regards to protecting us a client, as well as understanding the buyer to ensure a positive experience. She was an outstanding communicator, organizer, and facilitator from start to finish. I would never use any other agent in the Charleston area if I was able to use Ashley. She will help you to understand your market and offer suggestions to maximize your success! I have never met anyone more genuine and kind.
