We loved working with Candice. Very responsive, knowledgeable and willing to work hard to bring our home purchase across the finish line. We purchased a historic home that required quite a bit of due diligence; Candice did all of the research, found and arranged the inspections and provided feedback to me. Her attention to detail and professionalism was exemplary. And she was so much fun in the process!

Our trip was trimmed because of his diligence and hard work! But that wasn't all. After our offer was accepted, he kept on working. And working. And working. He did things for an out of state buyer that completely put us at ease and made the entire transition ridiculously easy. Even after we moved in, we called him about another potential business property, and he showed up to give us the complete run through, along with some incredibly valuable information about the properties and valuations in the area. What can I say? If you have need for a residential or commercial real estate agent, this is your man. Make sure he's on your shortlist of potentials.
