My husband and I were referred to Evon Hammett by the Coldwell Banker "family" during our move south and we could not have been happier with her professionalism, expertise of the requirements and true caring about us as people. She spent an unbelievable amount of time and energy with us; accommodated our needs in traveling from another state with a dog; provided us with excellent referrals within the purchase process and for services within the area. She really met and exceeded all of our needs. She helped us with the purchase process and if we ever decided to sell, she would be our first call. Absolutely a wonderful person and realtor!

Roseanna was so helpful in walking with us for the entire process of selling out home. We had already moved to another state but she did everything in her power to make the entire process as simple and stress free as possible. From actually putting our home on the market at a fair market price to the pictures to make all the selling points stand out. She was really helpful by staying in touch and accessible for the entire process. If there was a question she didn’t have an answer to she was wonderful about getting an answer and quickly getting back in touch with us. She gave us very helpful advice throughout the entire process. Truly felt she was working hard to get our home sold and make the process as easy as possible! She was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. We feel she went above and beyond for us! Thank you, Roseanna!
