He made the sale fast by having professional pictures taken, writing a simple but engaging description of the house, and sharing that I was selling in several places including social media as well as printing and sending postcards to nearby areas! It was under contract within two weeks! Craig guided me through the process and kept me informed. He negotiated and brought me solutions that were in my best interests. I am sorry I won't be able to bring him to Florida to sell my next home. Lol. I couldn't be more impressed with how he handled this sale... From beginning to end!
