Lorelei Beightol is a true professional. She is trustworthy and always maintains a positive attitude. She put us in touch with other professionals to prepare the house to be listed. She has many associates and resources to get things done. Through her network we had landscapers, painters, repair professionals, packers, movers and more at our disposal. Lorelei know how to get things done promptly and is very organized. Lorelei helped us get though a very challenging sale. There were a couple of restriction on the property, which were fully disclosed, but were an issue for some potential buyers. Lorelei helped us navigate the obstacles with professionalism, perseverance and great knowledge about their implications. If you are buying or selling a house, I recommend contacting Lorelei Beightol. She was great to work with.

Having purchased this home through Traci, it was only natural to call her back when it was time to sell, as it was as painless an experience as one could ask for. The sale went just a smooth, any hang-up being from outside sources and was always promptly relayed to me with honest assessment of the impact and the potential outcomes.
