Kristen made the difficult task of selling my parents house smooth and easy as possible. She came to our initial meeting with pricing analysis to backup her pricing and listing recommendations. Her pictures and property description write-up created a listing that stood out online. Ultimately she sold this property in a couple of weeks and for more than I originally expected. Kristen was professional and motivated throughout the entire process. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a Realtor in Greenwood, SC.

Working with Jim was an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand not only what we were looking for in a home, but also the unique needs of our son. That level of care and attention meant everything to us. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and intentional in helping us find a home that would be the right fit for our family’s lifestyle. Whether it was considering layout, environment, or overall comfort, he always kept our son’s needs at the forefront of every showing and recommendation. Throughout the entire process, Jim was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt like we had someone truly advocating for our family. What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and understanding. It never felt like just a transaction—he truly cared about helping us find a home where our family, especially our son, could feel safe, comfortable, and happy. We are so grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend Jim Vivian to anyone, especially families who may have specific or unique needs. You will be in the best hands.
