It was been a great home buying experience with Karuna. She is highly professional and has the needed expertise to guide the buyers. She was always available for my adhoc questions and provided clarifications patiently. We knew her personally prior to this purchase and she walked the fine line and balanced both sides of relationships very diligently. We are very happy with our purchase and are still very good friends.

When we first met Karuna Singhvi, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Karuna would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Karuna also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.

Karuna was recommended by a friend to assist us in selling our home. We could not be happier with our entire experience. Karuna is a professional and thoughtful realtor who is on top of all matters. We closed in just over a month. Highly recommend Karuna for any real estate needs.
