Cannot say enough about her professionalism and performance. In the current booming sellers' market she was quite willing to list our home at a price higher than what other agents were willing to consider and it sold above other agents' suggested listing price. While we did need to lower our offer price once, we had multiple offers and in a matter of a couple weeks, the contract under which we sold and even had a backup offer ready in case that one had fallen through. As we already had another fully furnished home, we had to sell or dispose of pretty much all the furniture in our Winter Springs residence and she was very helpful in that regard as well.
