However, Kristin has been exceptional in all aspects of buying and selling a total of 4 homes for us (2 buy, 2 sell). She is constantly in contact with us, was extremely responsive to our calls and took most of the hastles of real estate transactions away from us and onto her capable shoulders from search to iinspection to finance. She listened to what we wanted and showed us the houses that actually met our reuirements and taste without wasting our time. She was able to negotiate our multiple deals with the sellers and the buyers, keeping us up to date every step of the way through closing. Frankly, she changed my perception of the profession in a positive way. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND HER ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TRANSACTIONS.
