She remained on top of everything, negotiating on our behalf for things we weren’t even aware needed to be negotiated, along with added clauses to prevent buyers from ripping us off. She held our hand ever so gently through the entire process. At times taking off her realtor hat and playing therapist during those stressful moments when the underwriting process was beginning to get overwhelming. Her personal touch definitely shows she has a passion for providing the best outcome for her clients. I loved how easy it was to get her on the line at any given moment.
