My experience with Tiffany was top-notch. We ran into a once in a lifetime bump in the road with the first buyer and the sale fell through. Tiffany and her team redoubled their efforts to market the home including numerous open houses. They found a second buyer for my home pretty quickly and without lowering the price. I am forever grateful for Tiffany and her team. They truly went the extra mile to help me through the entire process.

I am not generally a fan of Real Estate Agents as many are part timers who seem to have other things to do. However, Kristin has been exceptional in all aspects of buying and selling a total of 4 homes for us (2 buy, 2 sell). She is constantly in contact with us, was extremely responsive to our calls and took most of the hastles of real estate transactions away from us and onto her capable shoulders from search to iinspection to finance. She listened to what we wanted and showed us the houses that actually met our reuirements and taste without wasting our time. She was able to negotiate our multiple deals with the sellers and the buyers, keeping us up to date every step of the way through closing. Frankly, she changed my perception of the profession in a positive way. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND HER ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TRANSACTIONS.
