We were first-time home buyers from out of state, and Monique was fantastic on all fronts. She has a deep knowledge of Orlando, of the specific areas we were looking, and of similar areas she thought could be worth checking out. I felt that we had seen every worthwhile house that matched what we were looking for. As new buyers, she also helped walk us through every step of the homebuying process, explaining every step along the way very patiently and thoroughly. Never once did we feel that Monique was using the fact that we were new to real estate against us--instead, she was fully on our side and proved an excellent resource on everything we asked, and on many things we didn't know to ask! She was also a deft negotiator, working within our constraints to get the best house possible. She never tried to "sell" us on a house simply for the sake of making a paycheck, and instead, she was completely on our side through looking for homes and a tough negotiating process, always sticking to her guns and to the parameters we put in for what we wanted out of a house and what credits we needed from the seller. We felt that we were in good hands through the entire process, and we ended up with a house that we love!
