Bill was attentive to our needs and listened to our likes and dislikes, providing properties that were worth taking the time to see instead of ones that did not match what we prioritized. He was professional and prompt with communication and negotiations. We genuinely felt that he had our best interest in mind and always advocated for us which is most important in a market where buyers can be pushed around by sellers. I could not imagine working with anyone else in in the future and could not have asked for a better experience buying our first home. Sherry was the only agent we could get to show us anything when we were considering moving to the Nashville area. Because we hadn’t officially decided if we were moving, we didn’t have any type of pre-approval letter, but she showed us a few properties so we could get an in person idea of the property value here and what you get for what amount in which areas. It was a few months later when we actually moved and we knew we wanted to use her because of her kindness and knowledge! She feels like a second mom, she truly gets to know YLOKOOOOLOOKLLOKIlyou and cares for you, but isn’t overbearing in any way! She will be attentive but never pester you. She was so helpful through everything as this was our first time getting a mortgage. She was usually available to show properties the same day, and if not always the next day. Easy to schedule with and knows what she’s doing! She looks out for you and makes sure things are done correctly. 10/10 recommend and will be using her again when the time comes!
