Melissa went totally above and beyond my expectations! I decided to sell the house during a very difficult time for me personally, and she stepped right up and pretty much handled everything. From hanging curtains to arranging and meeting contractors, and everything in between -- it was effortless for me. (Not to mention that it was sold and closed within 6 weeks - $15,000 over asking price!!) She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality that is key for the real estate business. I highly recommend her.
