After 4 years of searching on and off and 2 previous agents, we finally found our family a home with Defni Cruz. To make one of the most important decisions in life, you need someone knowledgeable, trustworthy and patient by your side. In Defni we found all of that plus a bonus friendship. She was available for any and every question asked and went above and beyond to help us navigate this dreaded market. Being able to speak to her in Spanish, my preferred language, made the difference. She made the entire process a smooth one by educating us every step of the way. Thank you!

Kristen was wonderful to work with! She clarified all information, had everything ready and made the whole process easy for me!
